I just wanted to share something that is working for me to get some of my hair back.
I've started taking chinese herbal medicine called Ban Tu Wan for about one month now. I could see a dramatic change in my head. After loosing 3/4 of my hair last September, I tried several things which supposedly worked. Trying this medicine was just one thing that I thought I would give a try without expecting any positive result. Now after taking one month, lots of my hair are coming back and I could really notice it. It is still patchy but 3/4 part of my head is black with hair now as opposed to 3/4 bear skin without hair one month ago.
I defenitely recommend to try this out to everyone!!!

How many of these natural herbs (vitamins) do you take per day? I saw a link on the web that indicates taking 4-6, 3 times a day. Also, do you know enough about the product to know if this is a product one has to continue taking in order to maintain any new hair growth (is new growth lost if the product is discontinued)? I appreciate any information you can provide. Thanks.

Hi vesselsong.
All I know about this product is that it made the most of my hair to come back. I have been taking it since the beginning of April, and still am taking it everyday. Im not sure if you need to take this medication forever, but it is still cheaper than buying the hair wigs for me. As looking at my hair today, I should be able to go without hair wig within one year. After getting most of my hair back after taking this, I got 3 small patched again, but nothing compared to the huge amount of hair I lost. It will not hurt to try this.

Miho, just one more thing. How many of the vitamins do you take per take. I am going to give them a try. I see they aren't expensive at all. Thanks in advance for your reply.

Hi Miho, I have been doing more reading on Ban Tu Wan. Have you noticed any side effects with this herb? Just wondering. Someone posted on the Internet they experienced some side effects (swelling in the chest area). I have read some posts online where a few others are reporting positive results from this herb (significant hair growth). I've tried so many things that haven't work and reluctant about jumping on every band wagon that comes along (if you know what I mean). I must admit, having heard a real person like you vouch for having taken it (and still is) and hearing you say your hair has grown, sounds promising. Are you taking any other supplement (vitamin)? The reason I asked is because I am taking a natural herb (Stimilair) that promotes hair growth and wondering if I should discontinue it while taking Ban Tu Wan or if it’s okay to take both. You may or may not know the answer to this question. But if you can let me know if you are taking Ban Tu Wan solo, it will give me some perspective. Thanks.

Hi Vesselsong. I'm only taking ban tu wan,and nothing else. I hate to say that my hair is falling again very gradually. I have got 5 new patches in a past month. I still do have much more hair than I had before taking ban tu wan, so I'm not sure as to why my hair is falling again. I will continue taking this pill as nothing has ever worked like this one.
I have not had any side effects from this pill at all. However evert individual is different. I cannot say you won't get it. I totally understant how you are hesitant of trying new product. It is really stressful to not to see the positive result and having the dissapointment over and over again. I did NOT want to try this pill first. BUT mu mother insisted that I give it a try for the last time before giving up my hope. Im glad that I did, but I'm going throuh the depression of seeing my hair falling again.... :(
Anyway I think you should give it a try for 3 month. You should see the result within 3 month. My hair was growing back within 2 weeks.

Hi Miho, I have received the Chinese herb and started taking them today (8/29). Do you take Ban Tu Wan with food or a snack or warm water only? I'm also wondering how many hours a part do you take them? I will let you know how it's working out. Thanks again for answering all of my questions. Remember keep looking up - God is looking down!
