Heat can melt pencil where I live, so I use taupe Clinique eyebrow powder for the brows. I just have to touch up eyeliner all day.
Hi there, I had this exact issue last summer when I first went 'au natural'. I used Clinique bronzer and added a light bushing. As this is summer time I would start exposing your head to the sun ( of course with sun screen) You will find that it will start to even out.
In terms of eye brow pencil. I found a liquid eye brow liner by Stila that stays on until you wash it off. It is the best I have found. I did have my eyebrows tattooed two weeks ago. The best decision ever!!
Small frequent doses of sunshine on your head with sunscreen is a good way to go.
You could also do a spray tan for immediate results.
No harmful UV Rays and lots of spray tans are food color based that last about a week to 10 days.
I use eye liner. Other then eye liner tattoo (which I'm not interested) there really isn't much else in the way of make-up. I would suggest going to your local make-up counter and have them help you choose the colour that suits your eyes. I also wear eye glasses which adds a bit of camouflage.
Kat I think it takes tremendous courage to live with alopecia. Whether you wear a wig scarf, bald, tattoos at the end of the day these are your choices. Take it one day at a time. Know that you are more then a woman with hair loss. And the reality is that you will have good days and sad alopecia days. I sure do. For the most part now its not even on my mind. I do get stares which I now don't mind. It is rare for woman to present themselves bald. At the end of the day, this is me :)
