YES... every time my spots re-grow hair ... the hair always starts out curly! I love it- think it is cute especially because I used to have such straight hair. Once the hair gets about 2 or 3 inches long ... the curl just kind of goes away and then it blends in with the rest of my hair. When I let my hair air dry I have some sections that are ALL curls now! :) I'm just so happy when it grows back that how it grows back doesn't matter to me. Curly or color change... I'll take it!

When my hair grew back, it was not only a much lighter brown but sooo much wavier than it was before the hair loss started. So cute!

You all are lucky! Mine grew back in fine and white! Maybe it is an age thing. My alopecia started when I was about 40.

Very slow regrowth...at least it seems slow to me! :) I'll take the regrowth--whatever texture or color it comes in! My hair does look kinda funny though if it's not pulled back or styled. A few random curls ranging from an inch long to 3 or 4 inches long scattered here and there. I just have to laugh at it, but so happy for regrowth.

I have regrowth in the bald spots, but it seems that I have new spots. Scalp is so itchy, I don't think I'm in recession. @Anne, my alopecia started at 47yrs.so who knows.

My regrowth is in my first couple of spots. I still have bare spots, and I think new ones forming (the itching, the tingly/painful feeling of a new spot--I still have that.) So, it's growing in and falling out and doing nothing..all at the same time.
