2. Upload photos and videos and give them meaningful names and descriptions and tag them with keywords other members can use to find them.

3. Create blogs, including video blogs, and contribute to forum discussions. Come out, come out, wherever you are and share your thoughts and journey with the rest of Alopecia World! Be sure to tag your blogs and discussions, too.

4. Join and participate in some of the groups. Feel free to start one as well.
