Hi!
I've had AA since I was six but recently I've started losing hair all over my body, including my eyelashes and eyebrows. You can't really notice that my eyelashes are falling yet, I think, and I use eyeshadow to fill in my eyebrows but I'm scared it's going to get worse and won't know what to do... What do those of you who have no eyebrows or eyelashes do to conceal this hair loss? I would love to get some advice :) Thank you!
I don't have eye brows or eye lashes. I use liquid eye liner for my eyes and I draw a line where my eyebrows were and put makeup over it to fade it out for that u can see where my eyebrows are suppose to be but thats it
Ive had alopecia for 41 years. I am now 66. I had my eyerbrows tattooed quite a few years ago. I never went back and they have faded. I now use brush on Clinique eye shadow. My eyelashes have been gone for almost 20 years but I hate them. Has anyone had eyelashes attached. I'm not sure what the process is but I'd love to hear from people who have had it done. Thanks. Barbara
If you get eyebrow tats, I would highly recommend having them done in the "feather" technique. They look SO real. I also have my upper lids tattooed (liner) and love that, too. Haven't had much success with the false eyelashes yet, but I will keep trying. The tattoiing was great and I do recommend it, but have a person who does this professionally, not some guy who can tatoo your arm or whatever. Blessings.
I've seen pictures of ''feather'' tattoos and they do look very good indeedx (: Well I think I'm going to wait for now because I think my eyebrows look okay when I paint them but if it gets worse, I'll see if I can find a place where I can get them tattooed (:
