I feel the need to post a note about the Follea Lifestyle Wig I just bought for my 14 yr old daughter. It is a little pricey but worth every cent, in my opinion. If you want quality and the best you have to pay for it. This wig is absolutely amazing! The hair is European human hair and is very soft, beautiful and manageable and the parting is 99.9% lifelike! She can put it in a pony tail, a bun for ballet class, french braids etc. My daughter managed to hide her AA up to the very last moment using headbands that I had sewn hair into and clip in hair pieces everywhere else. Luckily she had a school break for 10 days at which point we traveled to a nearby city to be fitted with the Follea wig. I shouldn't even call it a wig because it is just a part of her now. Sometimes I forget she's even wearing a wig! She wore it to school first day back after the break and no-one even noticed. She told people she got hair extensions and highlights. To this day not even her close friends have realized she's wearing it. She has even gone on sleep-overs. It has absolutely saved her. Her self confidence has returned and I have noticed two small fuzzy patches starting to grow on the front of her scalp and her eyebrow is returning as well. I don't know if this is due to her new found happiness and release of stress over her hair or if it's just the natural progression of the disease or the aryuvedic oils we've been using! Whatever the reason we're just so happy. Many, many thanks to Andrew and Joy at Transition Hair in Australia. He and his staff were so fantastic, very professional and compassionate. I highly recommend them. Good luck everyone.

Someone recently asked me to post pictures of my daughter in her wig but unfortunately she won't let me! As I mentioned it is the follea lifestyle wig Witt the French part, we haven't tried the gripper as she has a little hair left. If I. An convince her to let me post a picture I will because it's so beautiful and natural looking, you all have to see it!
