Head acne, stinging and the continued process out in the world as an alopecian

So I wonder if any of you have experienced this, I've been getting what seems like acne near my forehead and around the top of my head. I'm thinking since I don't have hair nothing to absorb skin oil I'm getting these bumps. Any recommendations as to what I can use?

I also have been feeling tingling. I've been bald now since early March; is this part of the process? My eyebrows are also thinning. Any recommendations as to what I should be on the lookout for, do, etc., is much appreciated.

On another note, I was doing a gig and the backstage manager phoned to tell me that the dressing room was equipped with everything and that I could "....do my hair....". I figured she'd not seen my new promo photo or looked at my website, where I'm completely bald. I said to her "thank you, I won't be getting my hair done, I have no hair..." Then she said "oh I'm sorry, that's right......" and continued tap dancing so to speak. I laughed.

Having a good time with this. I am happy to be acclimating.

I wish for you all self acceptance and much love.

Maybe reactions to shaving creams, perfumes or sweat collecting at the hairline? Make up? Sunburn?
I'd say dyes in hat brims or allergy to elastic on wigs, but you don't wear those. Puzzling.

When stressed or using too much eyebrow powder, my eyebrow hairs fall out. Any stress?

I work out alot and get acne too. I think it is because the hair is not there to absorb the sweat. My derm gave me a perscription called clindamycin phosphate topical solution, its for acne. It has a dabber and you just dot it all over. I really like it, it is kinda soothing and gets rid of the acne. Also try just an astringent. I also put olive oil on my head! it is great for your skin.
