I'm really having a hard day today. I just feel like I'm drowning and i have no one in my life that understands what I'm going through. I just wish I had someone that I could talk to.
Even after 54 years of this, I also get those days...but not as bad or as often. Best defense is to do TEN things immediately that make you feel nice. Make-over, new hat, shopping spree, music, scents, nails, shoes, running, painting, visiting...whatever. Celebrate it with an accomplice. Then drinks and movie, or great dinner and dessert. Take crazy photos. A cousin of crazy aunt who understands would be a fun choice. Get at least one person you see regularly to be in on this and go try on wigs with you. Sulking NEVER cures anything. We all get it here on this site.
