Introduction
This is the first time I write something down on my Blog.
First of all I will introduce myself.
My name is Karlijn I am 15 years old.
I am from the Netherlands so my English isnt that well
This year I am doing my exams and with the lots of stress that it brings me all my hair felt out this year again..
When I was 6 years old my Mom found a little spot on my head where I didn't had hair. So we went to a dokter and he told me I had Alopecia
They didn't know the reasen why I had it but every time I stress a lot my hair falls down.
There were times when my hair was so long it touched my schoulders!
I learned to live with it but I cant accept it ..
It's unfair I dont have hair

Seems like your going through a tough time right now. There are days we can totally deal and cope and not get upset/sad/angry about our alopecia. All I can say it is a long, hard journey. Good for you that you finally had the courage to post. I have had aa since i was 8 and i am now 21. It is hard to accept it I still haven't. But you are a strong girl and have a lot of good in you and have a lot ahead of you in life. Good luck/try not to fall to hard when you are feeling down. Dont put yourself down cause u cant accept it.

I totally agree with you can do it as i havent accepted it yet either and not sure i ever will but it is tough but just come on here and get the support you need! I couldnt have got through the last 3yrs without this site, :) xx
