Well .....couple of weeks gone by and a couple of patches have kicked into life. Alopecia still going on, but i know the dormant roots were there as i have had patches over 3 months. Now before you go out and buy the Marbo suite like i did which cost me a cool £90, be advised. I have also been using a £5 bottle / daily wash Alpecin Caffeine shampoo and i am sure that makes a difference. So the jury is out............I am losing my hair as per usual, but something is kicking other hairgrowth in to life. This is what i do :-

1) Apply tonic to scalp leave for 30 mins.
2) Wash hair with Alpecin shampoo - leave for a few minutes ( it says 2 is enough)
3) rinse then apply marbo 3 shampoo - leave for a few minutes
4) Before bed apply Marbo 3 activator (stinks of cold coffee) - go to bed.

Hey, i have had this condition long enough to know when something works all of a sudden or not. This is not my mind working overtime either. So my advise is...buy the cheap Alpecin first, give it a week or so, if nothing try and combine. I will keep you posted......One thing i am not shaving what hair i got, let them stare !!!!!!!!

Hi I read your blog. I am very interested in what you are doing to grow your hair. I was wondering what is the tonic that you are using on your scalp for 30 minutes. Do you feel
this is working for you. As you well know sometimes we feel like we would do anything to
try to grow our hair. I am interested in what you are using. I would like to try it myself.

Hi Lori - The tonic is part of a suite of marbo 3 products. Type Marbo 3 shampoo in google and readit. To be honest it is very expensive and as i said i would try Alpecin caffeine shampoo first, just to stimulate the roots. The Marbo 3 stuff is something i reached out for not really knowing much about it apart from their site, but it is 100% organic.....apparently

My hair loss is definitely slowing, especially when i shower. This could be the fact i am going through the 3 month cycle, not sure.

Hmm - I think the Alopecin is pretty cool, definately promoting growth. But, alopecia still saying hello elsewhere. Not sure about the MArbo 3 kit.And it is alot of money if it don't work and very little if hair kicks back in. Keep the faith people - keep on going !!!!! Deal is, you are still you, If hair is the only difference, the staring will stopp eventually.
