On my way to natural eating and removing the gluten from my diet. Today is my first day. I don't have much money until Friday, so I have to eat what is in the house. It's 2:00 pm and I only ate an apple and some cucumbers with olive oil and vinegar. I have a natural doctor, I just started last month with her. She gave supplements and some food items I should eat and not eat. I've been taken the supplements ,but eating what ever I wanted. I have notice an improvement in my hair. One of our brothers on Alophica World said something about removing gluten from his diet and his hair grew back. If any one have information, including websites please give your input. If you have something to add good or bad let me know. When my daughter return, I will be talking pictures, so we can track my progress together. Oh ya, I'm getting ready to eat a sweet potato when it's finish baking. I will be using "healthy blance" it's a buttery spread.

Our brother Vin from Alophica World saw improvements. so if you want contact him.

I'm not doing so well on this gluten free diet. Wait! I want to change that. What gluten free diet. I'm going to the doctor on 2/7 to find out what is causing my allergies. The doctor gave me some medication for my eyes, but the real test will be on 2/7. I will keep you guys posted.

I do know that one of my triggers is chocolate, when I eat it, later on I have a reaction in my scalp that's unbelievable. It starts out with itching first, then a sore, then no hair in that area that was itching. So far, that's the only food that I can identify with a reaction. I'm still trying to make a determination with other foods. Maybe we can start a Alopecia Drive, to get funding for more research.....Amen

I have had problems with chocolate, too. I've figured out that it is the soy in the chocolate that is the real culprit. My major things to avoid are: soy, wheat, corn, and peanuts. These four things are bad news for me and get my scalp, neck, and upper back all inflamed.
