Yes, pitted, splitting, ridges. I have been taking vitamines for Hair, nails, and skin religiously for a couple of months and my nails have gotten hard and I am actually able to grow them out a bit. I still have the ridges and pitting but am waiting to see what will happen in a couple of months when they grow out more. I also have been taking vitamin D since I was low and don't know if that is helping with the nails.

my nails have deep lines in them and when they grow to a certain length, they peel. I also have a lot of white marks on my nails... I think their considered bruises on your nails. They are extremely thin as well.

I, too, have universalis and have pitting, but lately just picking something up or bumping my hand is splitting my nails so far they're very painful. And unsightly. I am thinking about taking those vitamins for hair, skin and nails.
