Funny you should post this. I was just thinking of posting this question myself. I can tell you that from my experience, I took tons of vitamins last year when I my first AA episode an I did grow it back, but I was doing a lot of other things too, like steroid shots. So hard to say if the vitamins had anything to do with it. Personally, I don't think so. My hair grew back really good and healthy though. I did take a lot of Biotin too. On the other subject, I am really curious about the gluten-free diet and the hair loss connection myself. I have heard for some, it helps and for others it didn't do anything. There are some old posts you can look up on here to check it out. Also, I think I may get tested for Celiac, since I don't know if I have this condition. Us Alopecians could have both conditions and have nothing to do with the other. It is so hard to tell!! Pass along any information that you may find out! I'm curious myself!
