NBO Aloha Style
Hello everyone or should I say Aloha.
My husband Vince & I just received our 2010 2nd Annual NBO tee shirts. I must say the Cafe Press has done a fabulous job with a great selection to choose from.
I ordered a white tee for Vince & a Pink one for me. They arrived today, I/we are so pleased, they look, feel & fit great.
I am so very excited & looking forward to celebrating the 2nd Annual NBO, this wonderful celebration will take place while Vince & I are in Maui.
I ordered our tee shirts so we would have them to take with us & wear them on the 17th.
We are also working on a banner to hang in front or our condo, " Bald Is Beautiful, July 17th is the 2nd Annual NBO" & plan to BBQ that evening, perhaps we will have new friends joining us in our aloha NBO :)
I may not be able to join Mary & the gang in San Diego but I will be with them in spirit.
Once again I want to thank & applaud Mary for coming up with NBO, Bravo sister-friend.
If you have not ordered your tee shirts or made your plans to celebrate I encourage you & yours to do so, July will be here before we know it.
Now that you know how Vince & I going to be celebrating the 2nd Annual NBO, what about you my fellow Alopecian Sister's & Brother's how are you going to be spending it? I would love hear. :)

Oh Mary we will be very happy & proud to have our picture(s) taken with our tee shirts.
As I said I will miss being & celebrating with you but I will be there in spirit :)
I really do want hear how my fellow alopecian's are planning their NBO celebrations, God Bless you all.

I am so very sadden at Mary's announcement & decision to be no longer be involved with the NBOD.
Her health comes first & foremost.
As I wrote on the NBOD site, I will not be partaking in the 2010 NBOD.
It is sad, as this event was started from the heart of such an exceptional woman & now well, its just sad that others take & promote for self gain.
Each of us has a decision to make as to weather they will celebrate & partake in NBOD 2010 or not.
I've made my decision I wish you luck on yours.

Mahalo, Pam. Hawaii was the first place I went "out" in public, and I'll always remember that. I hope you have a wonderful trip.

Mahalo Nui Loa Mary, we will have a wonderful time, this will be my first really big trip, outing as a bald woman, I am excited & a little apprehensive but know all will come out just fine.
Hang in there, I agree with Jeffery, there is more then one way to skin the proverbial cat, perhaps we can start a-new, begin an event next year here in Ca, start here in our own backyard & move on slowly with lessons learned.
Right now you rest, re-coup, the truth will come out, as I said, the truth does not exploit, exaggerate, or lie, people do.
