After 2 weeks of waiting and £130, my new hair top piece should arrive tomorrow. I'm quite excited but don't want to get my hopes up too much as I had to go on a description and image on a website and guess the colour so fingers cross it's suitable, I'd hate to have to send it back and wait all over again. My human hair one is really ratty round the ends now (I've had it since December 2009) and I'm sick of only having one style.

I can't find a big range of just top pieces (the ones that just clip onto the front of your hair at the parting and go back to the crown, all the big websites/stores seem to cater mainly for full head wigs. Would be grateful to see if anyone knows where I can see a larger range of these.

One of the main things that was highlighted for my hairloss was stress. It was thought to have been brought on my working in USA for 3 months, but apparently I need to "relax" more. That's kind of hard in my job - I've had such a mad week. I work as a drugs counsellor in criminal justice so this week I've had tons of people to assess, 1-2-1 sessions with people, prison visits, working in custody suites, I feel like I haven't stopped. I'm going to the gym regularly but I don't really find this relaxing - I'm going more to shape up. I'm quite a stressy person anyway and the small things get to me. Today I've just had a really crap day - double station shift, tons of paperwork, rushed lunch and no sleep because my boyfriend snores! I think I'm really PMT'y as well so just feel a bit poo!
