Hello....has anyone converted to a raw food lifestyle?

Has you seen any significant changes in your hair or alopecia?

I would love to hear your thoughts.

Thanks,

Vickie

I am not a great cooker, but I try to be the best for my children. I raise them alone, so their opinion it is very important for me. They are the reasons I cook. If I were alone I would eat every day in a restaurant or I would grab something. Recently I found out that my daughter loves mashed potatoes. In order to please her, I bought one of the best mixer for potatoes. She could eat them the whole day, but I try to make her understand that it is not ok and I try to cook them twice a week.

Hi Vickie,

I'm not on a raw food diet but I may consider it. I just started on a gluten free diet. I'm on day five! Have I noticed a difference? Nope. But I'm hoping I see some improvements. I'm going to give it at least six months and then go from there. I have a lot of allergies so I'm hoping this diet may clear some of those up for me.

Let us know if you decide to try a raw food diet. I would like to know if you see/notice any positive results.
