Congrats to you both! Growth is such a powerful feeling - Annette - how long did it take for treatments of Silica to show results? Do you notice any side effects?

Good for you I too have a bit of regrowth I started juicing and add liquid vitamin.

As for safe for a 3 year old not sure it is from a health food store and not presciption so you could Google it or ask at the store.

I've been using different topical steroids in combination with Foligen and Bioton. Recently changed to Perfectil!

My nails had gotten pretty messed up too and I am noticing that the new growth on my nails is smooth and normal.

That is wonderful fingers crossed for you. Mine was caused by medication I was prescibed for blood pressure but know that it's out of my system it's coming back.

And I have regrowth of hair all over my body as well. So I'm hopeful that my body is actually fixing itself and not just the creams I am applying to my head.
