Well my hair is growing back at a very rapid pace no bald spots just lots of hair don't like the colour grey and white though Hey but it's hair

I've been using different topical steroids in combination with Foligen and Bioton. Recently changed to Perfectil!

My nails had gotten pretty messed up too and I am noticing that the new growth on my nails is smooth and normal.

As for safe for a 3 year old not sure it is from a health food store and not presciption so you could Google it or ask at the store.

Good for you I too have a bit of regrowth I started juicing and add liquid vitamin.

Congrats to you both! Growth is such a powerful feeling - Annette - how long did it take for treatments of Silica to show results? Do you notice any side effects?

No side effects at all about 3 weeks
