Regrowth
Hi all. I don't know what to make of this. Just a quick rundown of me. My first spot appeared about a year ago and since then grow a mind of its own and started to creep all over my head. 13 March 2010 i cut my hair all off for cancer "with hope" my hair will get the hint and grow back. but only to find out about the rest of the little self minded spot on my head. So i got a HEADBLADE (THANK GOODNESS THERE IS A COMPANY IN SOUTH-AFRICA THAT SALES THEM) I've been shaving my head for the last 2 + months.
It is winter here by use and i found myself not shaving(the water freezes on my head)So i haven't shaved in the last 2 weeks, my HEADBLADE beanie has found a permanent home on my head . I find it very irritating and misses my bald head. This morning when i was getting ready for work, standing in front of the mirror, i first though my head is dirty, rubbing and then water and soap trying to get the brown "marks" of my head and then sow it is my thin white hairs (regrowth) turning to my natural hair colour. But it is small patches turning brown.
Has any one else had this and what do i do. let my hair grow out a little more and see what will happen or just shave it off?

Hi Michelle. I lost all most of my hair in 13 days at the end of last year so I to chose to blade the last of it. Over the last month I discovered what I thought was dirty marks on the side of my head just like you it is patches of hair returning to its natural colour. I too am waiting to see if my hair is going to thicken up enough to let it regrow. If its not going to i wish it would stop growing altogether to save me the bother of having to shave

Hi Tania,
I shaved my head last night i could not take it any more. Please let me know what happens with you. But i feel the same way you do. My hair should grow back or stop growing at all. this in between stage is not working for me. and if my hair decides to fall out, it should fall out and get it over and done with i hate this patch work on my head.

Yea I usually shave my head every 5-7 days because the itch drives me insane. Sorry to ask it's hard to tell who's eyebrows are real and who's aren' but did you lose your eyelashes and eyebrows as well. I did but they were the last to fall out. They went completely though. My eyelashes are just starting to regrow and now I have the itchy eye business going on as well. Antihistamine eyedrops work really well for that though. There is no sign of my eyebrows coming back yet. I was more upset about losing them than anything else. Silly I no but nobody seemed to notice the missing eyebrows until I mentioned it. Then I always got the same response...... Oh I didn't even notice because It all just blends in. That was a huge help for me emotionally so I soon got over that.

Hi Tania, i still have my own. but they are thinning out, i cant wait for them to be gone. i found a very good tattoo artist so i'm going to get them tattoo on again. My eyelashes are thinning out to. i lost most of my nose hairs and all of my ear hairs in the right side. for the rest of my body hair........i have patches.
