Alopecia World

One day this last spring my daughter (she has alopecia) and her twin brother were in gymnastics and another mother (I think she is a doctor) was talking to her friend and what happened next floored me. In a normal voice (not in hushed tone that she was having the converstion in) ask her friend if my daughter (she pointed at her) was a boy. I never wanted to deck anybody so bad in my life. I was so blown away by the insenitivity that I could not speak.

I can understand being shocked hearing that coming from another parent, but please tell me you said something to her.
