Hi, Maygen! I am an 8th grade literature teacher and it seems like the only subject of the the girls book reports for the past couple of years is the Twilight series! One or two buy a copy, and it gets passed from girl to girl! Can you give me other titles you like that I can suggest to my students? By the way, if you are looking for similarly themed books, browse the ones at http://www.multcolib.org/teens/ifyouliketwilight.html. Happy reading, awesome girl!

P.S. My freshman son read the first book in the series at the insistance of his girl buddies. He didn't quite "get" it; he's more into reading books based on video games (?) Whatever, eh? :-)

i loved the book twilight. my friend let me borrow the first one and now im addicted to it. i read the first in two days and ive begged my mom to get me the entire series from amazon. it costs 45 bucks but that is a really good deal because their all hard backed and it would be 25 bucks a pop to get them seperatly. and it comes with posters of all four books!!!!lol im offically addicted.

If Edward developed alopecia....let's so the AU version - then he could go out in the sunlight and you wouldn't see the sparkledy fibers all over his body!

I have to confess as Maygen's mom......she is a reading junkie!!! You know how you have to get onto some kids to actually pick up a book and read.....she is the extreme opposite. When she was 3 and lost all of her hair (AU), I picked her up and kissed her and said to her, baby you are so pretty, you don't need hair to beautiful because you are beautiful the way you are. She said mom if God give me BOOKS and He give toys, then He will give me hair. Notice please the order of her important items. :-) Keep reading sis!

I think I am in LOVE with Edward.....But I am just now beginning the 3rd book and part of my heart goes out to Jacob! I keep thinking "Do I want to snuggle up to a cold vamp or a warm wolf?" hehehe

I am so obsessed with the Twilight series. I would think that vampires would not be able to develop alopecia, but I bet that if they had it in life they would still have it when a vampire. Interestng question, though, Nants. I totally want an Edward not only to watch me while I sleep, but to keep someone from eating me and to write songs for me.
Ahhh, Edward....
