Hi Vanessa,
We have struggled with the "is it the treatment or the natural cycle of growth" issue ourselves. Presley has been on Hair Up for about 1 1/2 years. Her hair grew back rapidly last winter to spring and then fell out again in the fall. She is experiencing regrowth again and we are looking into the potential causes of seasonal loss. I can't tell you definitively if it works as everyone is different but we still deem it to be an effective treatment with no side effects. I don't know if that helps but I know as parents we do whatever we can to help them. Most people I know who have used it have experienced positive results. Hi there,
The price was $500US for a 3 month supply. We have stopped using it for now - not because I don't think it didn't work - her hair grew back twice. It just wouldn't stay! We are taking a small break from all treatments. Like most treatments, it may work, it may not. It's up to you to try. I will say this - for our daughter, as the treatment is organic, we figured there was no harm in trying. The phone number is requested so they can do an assessment as to whether or not you will be a good candidate. I believe they check for viability of success by asking questions about your alopecia history. Hope that helps.
