I do have more of a petite head,but the styles I like are never in petite.

Oh no!  I've never had that issue.  You may also try a mesh wig cap under the wig.  Sometimes those help, and they are cheap.  You might need a smaller wig.

Yeah alliegator, I just ordered though the Iman chic shag on hsn, if that's to big then next wig I order will be petite or find a wig store so they can fit them smaller, if its not to expensive. Might be better off just ordering new petite wigs.

How did you like the Iman wig?  My Mom wanted me to try one of the Iman wigs because they were having flex pay or something like that.  I may like the bob, but I am not sure.

My sister and I both bought the short shag-Iman wig, I sent mine back because they were skimpy on the hair around the lace and ear tabs, mine was blonde. My sister ordered the brown,it's not as bad as the blonde one was,except the ear tab coloring didn't match skin tone ,so she used a dark marker to match the rooting of the wig,and hers had better layers cut in it.
It's a shame cause full lace wigs are expensive and HSN had a good price! But some people love it!
