Your personal Marbo hair products (activator, lotion & shampoo) guinea pig
Hello fellow alopecians!!! Today I will start my 7th day of using Marbo hair products for the treatment of Alopecia Areata. I have decided that I will start this blog with weekly updates to allow everyone to see my progress, if any (fingers crossed) or set backs. This product is from Europe (Serbia to be exact) and according to the website it has been around for 20 years in Europe and has finally opened for business in California within the last year. The ingredients are basically herbs with exception to Denatured alcohol, consisting of Mineral salts, Spring water, Rosemary, Nettle, Sage, Walnut seed, Garlic, Chamomile, Birch, White willow, Burdock and Ivy, all three of the products are in liquid form. No nasty chemicals and above all no side effects. After 7 days of usage, the one thing I have noticed (because its too early for mostly anything else) is that the itch associated with my hair fall which I believe is due to the inflammation caused by alopecia areata, has almost completely vanished and the mass amounts of hair fall in my eyebrows has all but ceased with the exception of 1 or 2 strays from time to time. My scalp has also mostly stopped itching and none of my patches have gotten worse. The way I use this product is 1st thing in the morning I squeeze some of the Lotion into my palm and massage it throughout my scalp and eyebrows (it dries immediately) 30 minutes later I then wash my scalp and eyebrows using the Shampoo and leave it in for 3 minutes before rinsing. Lastly I apply the activator to my dry scalp and eyebrows (it also dries immediately with massage) and it is left on. I then go through my day and again apply the activator before bed time leaving it in for the night (you only have to use Activator 1 time per day but it gives you the option to use it twice so I do). I have followed that routine every day for 6 days straight with no other medical treatments and will continue to do so for approximately 3 months, which is the amount of time of usage stated on the bottle before real results are supposed to be noticeable (it states that the first positive signs of regrowth may be seen by the 20th day of continuous usage). The company states that this product is extremely successful in ALL TYPES OF ALOPECIA AREATA. Ok well this was my introduction and I can't wait to update next week. Oh by the way, I have multiple patches of hair loss on my top right side of my head, back of my head, ophiasis type loss on my left side and patches on top left side of my head, tiny spots in the front of my head, my left eyebrow is 75% gone and right eyebrow about 20% gone. Ok folks tomorrow is officially 2 weeks of using the Marbo products. Im writing my week 2 response today because I wont be around tomorrow. Ok, so my eyebrows had another shedding period for a couple of days but seem to have stopped again and there appears to be little fine hairs growing back in underneath the dwindling amount of hair I have left on them so hopefully my eyebrows will slowly begin to thicken up again. The patches all over my head still have not grown any larger, but no regrowth yet and the ophiasis pattern on the left side of my head, while still there and bad in some spots seems to be blending in slightly better in other portions so that is a positive sign but too little to be celebrating just yet. My hair line seems to be slightly lower in the front because I have a scar on the top of my forehead which usually lies right beneath my hairline but is now partially inside of it (By the way, I buzz my head all the way down every couple of weeks and Im about 2 weeks grown in which is why Im able to tell my hair line has slightly changed in this short period of time). Other than that no real changes in either the good or bad, but still too early to tell. The one month mark will be the point where results should just about start becoming noticable if at all so Im still 2 weeks away but I will comment again next week anyway as the website says the 20 day mark is the earliest that any signs would begin to become noticable. Im kind of bummed that only 6 people have viewed this blog and no one has commented because It would make it more worth while getting to the end of each week if I had a following of interested and hopeful alopecians observing and commenting on my weekly progress. Having this stupid disease and not knowing which way its going to change from day to day makes each day seem like it lasts forever hence making the weeks go by so slow, but hopefully this blog will catch on. I hope this product shows some positive signs not only for me but for everyone else on this site if it works and I can get the word out. Wish me luck!!!

Yesterday marked the 3rd complete week of using Marbo hair products. The changes I have seen are 1) the ophiasis pattern on the left side of my head appears to be slowly and gradually filling in (still there but a little less noticeable). 2) My eyebrows still itch and shed about 4 hairs a piece each day but appear to be less see through and appear to possibly have more hair do to the fact that I can see less skin within them. Lastly 3) The tiny little spots that were all over my frontal hairline seem to have almost completely filled in. Other than that there has been no improvement to the spot in my crown area or the top sides of my head. Then again I have read that spots which have been around longer seem to take longer to grow back in and the ophiasis pattern, eyebrows and spots in the front of my head were the newest areas of loss whereas the top sides and crown area have been around since January (6 months compared to about 2 - 3 months). Some minimal positive signs but I'm still not even a month in to this treatment so its still way to early to call it quits. Im hoping the 1 month mark next week starts to be the turning of the tides. Hi there, I'm Ken. I'm glad to come across an actual blog of experiences with this Marbo product. I have also been using the Marbo Activator for about 2 and 1/2 months now. But I havent seen any visible improvement yet :(
But I also do not know how long the bald spot on the back of my head has been there though. I have been applying the Marbo activator liquid twice every day. But so far I cannot say I have seen any new hair growing. I have to say it's quite difficult to find any reviews about this product online, besides their own sites and commercial ones. I do have a hope that the product will help eventually, but I cannot either stop thinking about if the product might be a fraud. Hope you keep posting your updates on the usage, Joe :) We should keep this thread alive. At least there should be some threads online that does some reviews of this.

I also found onion juice to be a stinky scam also .... no benefits from applying onion to eyebrows and scalp for 2 months

MARBO ACTIVATOR IS A SCAM!!!
There are no reviews out of there of the product besides their own advertisements, I should have suspected it :(
What a letdown really, I really thought my bald spot would grow back hair :(
