I was pretty stressed out before my alopecia first appeared but I had been through more stressful events so I just don't know.

How is your alopecia at this stage? Mine is still at a plateau of fairly diffuse white fuzz with a stripe of brown on top. I still shave every 3 days as I dislike the current pattern. I'm just in a holding pattern right now.

How was your day?
Not bad here. The City didnt promise the weather it was supposed too so we went down the penninsula 15 miles and it was a fantastic 79 F. We're back home now at 58F in PJ's.
I thought of him on my way home from work while listening to the Jazz Station.
Whats going on with you?
I worked today and am off tomorrow. The maid comes to tidy up the house and Leo and I have Chiropractor appts.
The weather is supposed to be sunny and about 70 so if that happens we'll continue with our suntans and a picnic in the park or on the lake.
Tonight is kinda low key. You know a sip here and a sip there....mostly there Haha.
