lol, how r u doin anyway, yeah go see ur doc thats wat i done and they phoned the dermatologist department in person and i got sn within 2wks, get them telt, ha ha,
change ur doctor if ur not happy with the way they r dealin with it, i was lucky my doctor was very concerned and gave me great support, well not much they can do but be there,
im doin ok thanks, i still seem to have hair growin on my head looks more now but still not sure if it'll come bak for gd yet, i have no eyebrows 1 eye has eyelashes missin which is the hardest part to deal with, i have pale skin and would look weird with none so not sure how to deal with that but im sure i'll get there, i also have some thinnin body hair, very confusin eh this bloody hairloss, anyway was gd to hear from u, i hope ur well catch up sn, xx

Hair still thinning and thinning on the body but I'm starting to say thing's like 'Bring it on' and 'Could be worse' ha ha. Started some councelling now to maybe get some 'past issues' off my head with a mind to sort out the mental sock draw!!! The body and mind, it's a funny old thing. Sending everyone love x
sounds like a good plan for your next doc visit! Ever wonder how dismissive the docs would be if it were their hair falling out? hummm...
Actually I changed dermatologist about two years ago and really have a wonderful one now. Not that she has many answers- but she is up to date of research and always available for me.
You mentioned you have been under a lot of stress- ever thought about yoga? A good power walk usually helps me. A think acupuncture works well for stress too. And if that doesn't work there is always french fries OR chocolate .... :)! ha!
There's not a whole lot we can do to treat this disease. Mostly hope the disease just turns itself off.
I was pretty terrified when this all came down with me too. With the help of Alopecia World, NAAF and my Partner life all in all is pretty good.
