Hi Rich,
Sorry I haven't replied sooner, life is settling once again now that school is in again. We had some nice weather this summer here but it's cooling off rather quickly now. I always love when the leaves change colour. Are you done school altogether now or are you back for another year???
Happy new year to you as well! Is it as cold in Philly as it is in Ontario? I can't wait until the snow melts away but we have a few months left of it - ugh! I think all alopecians should move to a tropical isle so we don't get so cold. LOL
Richard
Thanks for alleviating my concern for those poor lizards LOL. I am well aware of the other sandwiches though unfortunately I didn't have the chance to try one. If I'm ever in the area again I will certainly let you know. Take care :)
Hi Rich
Happy Thanksgiving to you, mine was a month ago. I stayed up near Penn's Landing when I went, a friend and I went to the museum gift shop there. We went for a carriage ride and I wanted to go on that duck bus that goes in the water but didn't get a chance. I was only there for 3 days as a guest speaker at an alopecia conference for kids. I was amazed with the drivers though, both from the carriage ride and the shuttle bus, who were incredibly informative on the area - you don't get that in Toronto. I didn't even expect it on the carriage ride until a jolly old gentleman half scolded us for giggling too much and he couldn't give his spiel. I'd go again but next time I'm staying with a friend, the restaurants are far too pricey there. Speaking of food, do people actually eat geckos there or were they pulling my leg? LOL Take care :)
Hi Richard
I think it's awesome that you are here to show support for your friend and are learning more about alopecia. If you ever have any questions feel free to ask, I've had alopecia for quite some time and try to help out where ever I can. I was just in Philly this August, it's a very colourful and historic place! Take care :)
Hey Richard! I am so sorry it has taken me a couple of weeks to get back to you! Yeah, I know what you mean about this site....still messes up but doesnt seem to be as bad lately :). The acupuncture definitely helps with my symptoms, unfortunately it doesnt last but a couple of days or so then the aches come back :(. At $60 a pop...cant really afford to do it every couple of days :(. How are you doing?

Hi Richard! Thank you for the friend request! How are you? This is going to sound kinda crazy....lol. My little boy was playing with my mouse when I clicked on the friend request. I had just started reading your message and didnt get very far and my little one clicked the accept button and I cant get back to your message :(. So if I dont respond to what you said that is why....lol. I have two little boys....one is 5 and the other is 3! I swear they have the fastest hands....lol :)
