How are things in Mt Vernon? Got some new head coverings this
week so am experimenting with not wearing my wigs all the time-- with

Hi Deeann--thank you for your warm welcome! It would be nice to meet someone else who has dealt with alopecia for years.....I work full time but could meet around that, maybe Everett? I don't know Mount Vernon that well.

I cant wait to meet you when you get back in town. I will email you so you can have my personal email too.

hey thanks for the add. i was just wondering what part of seattle you live in? I have never met another person with alopecia. I live in North Seattlle.

Hi Deeann... tripped'n fell crossin' the street today... 3 stitches in my elbow, a splint on my left wrist and a broken left big toe... needless to say, I'm takin' a couple o'days off - including the show.

In a way, that's good; I'd prefer a more planned out show as opposed to working against deadline.

Deeann - howdy and thanks for giving a shout. How are things up in KSER country?
I see the show's conversation covering AA/AU itself, what it is/what it's not; what we know/don't know; your story (and any other guests we might have); Alopecia World itself; maybe be joined by a dermatologist and of course NBO and it's purpose/goal. It's strictly conversational; designed to let listeners in and not assume they're already familiar with the topic.

Another bit of disclosure, btw; as you've read, I don't have alopecia - but I have in fact been shaving my head for 16 years now - in case such puts you ill at ease.
