Thank you for the welcome. It has been hard for my little girl but when we went through the site together she was a little bit relieved. Especially after seeing the video of the little girl in England.
So inspiring, I was 17 years old and I am now 50.
For so many years I use to try to hide it. And just in the past year I am very open about it. Infact my 5 year grand daughter was helping me wash my wigs....
I wished many years ago i would of started what you are doing now.
You are beautiful! Thank you for sharing your story. I have had alopecia since I was 4 and I have not gotten to the place that you are. Way to Go! Your confidence is inspiring.
I have a question from you...I see your photo and I understand that you have kids...Did they have any problem like us, or not? Sorry about my question, I'm single but I want to know if I marry and have kids, they will have this problem or not
More inspiring would be women helping women by selling wigs if they chose to wear them. Jennifer posted a pic of herself bald...gorgeous. But she has a choice how she wants to be how dare u attack her for that. U have a choice also and I don't see anywhere where she says that's wrong. It does not mean she doesn't love herself. I don't know her and neither do u what a huge assumption to make on anyone that someone who wears wigs or scarves does not love themselves. That is just a hurtful statement to make and I think you owe her an apology. Just saying.
Hi! I'm not sure where exactly in Canada you are located (I'm in Montreal) but I was wondering how and where you got your freedom wig? IT looks great btw!! :) -Gena
You are so beautiful!! I really enjoyed looking at your pics! You look so happy, but I know you have struggled just like any woman would that is losing her hair. Your wigs look amazing and so natural. You definitely have given me hope. :)
Your hair looks nice. You are very beautiful and have a beautiful family. I see you are waterskiing--what are you wearing for water sports? I workout with a scarf, but wondered about other options. Thanks.
Hi Jennifer ! I live in France, Paris area. I have AU. I'm 58 and lost all my hair (1st time) within less than a week last December. From what I read freedom wigs look great. Could you tell me what your wigs are called in French, please ? I looked up the Freedom Hair site but couldn't find any representatives in France... Could you find out for me please if there really aren't any ? Could you also give me an idea of the price ? Thanks a lot in advance for your reply. Have a good day.
Hi Jennifer, thank you so much for getting back to me it was a great help....iv been to see a lady today and hopefully things are going to start looking so much better.

Hi Jennifer, i'm so sorry its taken me this long to reply to you...busy busy! Thank you so much for your message. Do you have dates that you will be in the Toronto area? I'm really interested in the vacuum wigs becuase they're getting great reviews on the internet and i'd love something that looks realistic but also something that i don't have to adjust every 5 minutes! Is there any chance that you can give a roundabout cost of the hair pieces? I imagine they're expensive??

Hi,
Thank you for your message. Yes my message was previous to finding your information on this site. Happy to find you and learn about the vaccum wig :)

More inspiring would be women with AU alopecia and don't feel the need for a wig, hat scarve. Just saying love yourself.
