- I have had Alopecia Universalis for a few years now. I have no hair on me at all and it does have its ups and downs. I get people always looking at me because of how I look but I am used to it, I just look at the positives about having Alopecia Universalis:
-I never have to cut my hair again.
-I never have to wash my hair again.
-I never have to shave my face again.
-I never have to buy shampoo again.
-I never have to buy expensive razors, shaving cream, aftershave, etc... again.
