- I am 32 and have had Alopecia Areata throughtout my body since I was 19. It has been such an emtional journey but I have finally found the courage to speak out and share my story. I am not ready to go with hair so I make my own wigs. I use to think God was punishing me or maybe I needed to change what was going on in my life. Now I feel God blessed me with this condtion to inspire, share and encourage others reagardless of what is missing. Bald is Beautiful
