- I'm 50 years old. I've always had fine short hair. Due to fibromyalgia menopause and divorce my hair started to recede and thin out to the point where I was forced to find hair helper alternatives. Last year I started to wear clip on small pieces and now I've tried a T shaped topper human hair. My journey continues to find hair and also the cause of my hair loss and trying to seek out ways to improve my health.
