- I have had Alopecia for about 14 years of my life. The doctors said the underlying cause of it was stress. I do wear a hat most of the time when im in public. Mostly because thats what I've worn ever since i was a young child. To help keep the kids from making fun of me.
I'm also in an extremely healthy relationship with a girl of almost 6 months now and my alopecia hasn't gotten in the way of us.
