Hello, Thanks for allowing me to join the group. I have been diagnosed with AA for several years. It’s still an emotional journey for me. Some days are OK and some days I continue to be devastated. I have tried many remedies with little to no success. My dermatologist recently prescribed me with Xeljanz (off label) to treat my AA based on studies we have seen. Aetna has refused to approve Xeljanz for AA as it’s off label. I’ve appealed and even had a peer to peer with their appeal committee…See More
