I found out on my 40th birthday that I have alopecia areata. My hairstylist found the first patch. I have been to many doctors/dermatologists. I have used cortocosteroid creams, but other patches keep popping up.

I too have alopecia, but I have alopecia universalis. i have worn a vauum piece for over 20 years and I LOVE it.
