- I have Al diffusa already 28 year. I am 42 now and for 4 month heavy shedding. There's hardly hair left. I am looking for wigs now. But still are confident somehow that it will out naturally. I use Ban tu wan. I recently had my gland and pancreas checked and waiting for results. Acc to doctors i am healthy (good ironlevel, B12, good kidneys&liver).
