- I have never had a full head of hair; the top and back are really thin, fine and bare. For years, I tried perming and curlers to hide but ended up permanently damaging scalp. Refuse to wear wigs or scarves. Do not see why I 'need' to shave but haven't ruled it out totally.
Late 40's happily single female. Employed full-time in retail; studies part-time in blogging and photography. Establishing a micro ministry.
I hope to find support and offer support as well. Overall, I feel very happy in my own skin, but at times, the comments of others set me off.
