I started losing my hair in my teens. I'm now 34 and after having my son almost 3 yrs ago my hair has never recovered. I still have long hair and its healthly there just isn't much of it on top of my head anymore.

Hi, I've been lurking on this site for a while now and thought I'd share my story. It's the same as lot of people on this site. I have female pattern baldness. Yah!!!! Lucky me! I believe my hair actually started falling out when I was a teenager but I didn't really notice, I'm 34 now. I always knew I didn't have great hair but I thought confidence is sexy so I just accepted that this was the way my hair was and went about my life.
