I noticed a small patch on my chin in 2014 but disappeared the same year ,

in 2016 reappeared and grew all over my beard , In Aug 2019 my hair started patching and then my all over my body in 2 month I lost all my hair including my eyebrows , severe alopecia Areata almost universalis since I can still see some lonely hairs in different parts on my body . 
offcourse I Underwent every kind of therapy from injections to methroxate but they all failed and left me depressed! 
honestly now am following ozone therapy but it’s more likely to regenerate my immune system rather than regrow hair. At some point I am ok with my looks and happy it’s only hair not a serious medical condition that might leave me paralyzed or terminal .
