unfortunate the hair-up is nothing, it is just to waste time and money, it seems the Xeljanz is the only solution so far, and I am preparing to start the medication for my son (9 years), but I am searching for the doctor will be a sponsor for the case

My Doctor today is willing to write a script for Topical Xeljanz however she doesn't know where I can buy it from. Is everyone buying the tabs and getting a compounding chemist to prepare it or can I purchase it as a cream without having to buy tabs first and find someone to prepare it for me? Any help would be appreciated. I live in Australia.
