I don't do intense high-impact workouts where it could potentially come off, so I can't be of much help there. However, I have danced in it and literally flung my head around, and it doesn't budge!

Jeannine-I'm so sorry that you've had to deal with this. I totally understand how you're feeling right now. I was suckered for 3 years, cause once you start the area with no hair become larger and larger and they sucker you into thinking that it you have no other alternative outside them. Don't get me wrong the people were very nice, but at the end you have to see the product is not as they tell you it is. The shedding drove me and my family insane. I have a freedom wig and love it - I have two and have had one for 3 years and the newest one for 1 year. I'm not sure where you are located, but if you want to talk on the phone - I'm open to that - I'm in CT. Send me a private msg with # if you want to talk.
BTW - I don't think you can get out of the contract without paying. I paid them it the end of my contract and never looked back. I'm sorry. :(

i found this place on line, its called click for hair they are great. i get 100% human hair, long, but i always wear it up in a bun so it looks like my own. i get a 3/4 wig that you clip in with your own hair, i have very thin sparse hair and it works well. a little pricy but they last for 2 yrs.
