2011 NAAF conference details?

I want to go to this one and am trying to gage how much money i am going to need... i know how much airfare is and i want to come 2 days early to sight-see!! anyone know when we will find out about room rates?? and i see you can stay somewhere else if you want?? i want to book my flight asap as to secure that rate... help!!

I got my flight from Nashville to LA for 314 round trip on Southwest Airlines on Thursday -- got the hotel room booked at the hotel just a few minutes ago (thanks Jeff for posting that the room block was open!) -- and hopefully Leo and Jeff will be bringing all the adult beverages...I'm SO excited!!!!

Call the hotel directly at 310-228-1234 to make your reservations, but hurry up, because they told me the hotel was selling out fast!!

I will register tomorrow.
I'm sure there is an Adult Beverage Shop in the neighborhood.

ok, now im freakin out.. i cant book anything till after my benefit on feb 13th.. i hope there will be a room left.

Yes, when I called I was told that when booking on the phone you only need your credit card. You don't have to pay all up front like it says on the website.

I downloaded the brochure off the NAAF website.
I'll reserve the room at the NAAF rate and then send in the confirmation number on my completed brochure and "voilla". It's like magic.

someone here mentioned they have scholorship opportunities. does anyone know how to inquire about them through naaf like who i could email or call. i really want to go but as a college student its quite difficult

w00000t!! Just booked! The lady said the NAAF block of rooms is already gone though. I didn't ask her how many regular rooms are remaining, but I was able to get an "Urban Oasis" double.

Waiting on the confirmation email now.

I don't know. I didn't ask. But be sure to call and double-check. I called late at night when the in-house reservation office was closed.
