After reading about lace front wigs, I decided to order one on Feb 24. I ordered from a website called sourcewill.com that looked pretty legit. I have a small head, so I picked a lace front wig that came in a petite size of 21 inches. The first wig I received in the mail was not a lace front, but a full lace wig. I contacted customer service, and they apologized, offered me $30 to compensate me for shipping the wig back to them, and said they would send me the correct wig that I had ordered. The second package I received is a lace front wig, but it's not a petite size. I own several petite wigs by Jon Renau and Revlon and they all fit just fine. This wig has an extra 2 inches in circumference. It's so big it's unwearable even when I cinch the adjustable straps in the back all the way up. I measured the circumference, and found it to be approximately 23 inches. I contacted customer service, and they are refusing to take the return. They have stopped being polite, and have accused me of lying to them about receiving the wrong product!?! They also have not refunded the $30 they promised to reimburse me for shipping costs. I have emailed them numerous times, but they are refusing my return. Am I out this $200? Is there anything else I can do other than keep emailing them and asking for a refund? I feel like I've been ripped off! I'm so disappointed.
