The obvious is to wear some sort of eye protection....safety glasses, even regular eye glasses. I wear lenses that change color and have UV protection, plus I have sun glasses with UV protection that are polarized to help with the glare.
As I've gotten older, I've had lots of problems with dry eyes, to the point that even having eye drainage ducts plugged did not help. High doses of medical grade fish oil and Restasis (cyclosporine) drops are starting to help after nearly a year.
I don't think that too much can happen from loss of brow, but loss of lashes can be a trail. I've not had brows or lashes for 20 years. It's tough.
hay sorry for the late reply thanks for the information very help full
Cool thanks for that, I only bought some buff head bands there recently. But wearing a bandanna is probably going to take me longer to get used to than loosing my hair. :)
Taking care of your eyes is really important, especially when you're dealing with issues like losing eyelashes and eyebrows. Besides looking for ways to enhance your appearance, it's crucial to make sure your eyes stay healthy. From my experience in the mechanical estimating services industry, where paying close attention to details is super important, I've learned that the 20-20-20 rule is helpful. It's simple: every 20 minutes, take a 20-second break and look at something 20 feet away. Doing this can reduce eye strain and keep your eyes healthy overall. Remember, looking after your eyes isn't just about how they look – it's a big part of your overall well-being.
