I bought my featherlite (fall) from Isadore last year. When i first received the piece to inspect that hair quality i was very hopefull. However, it is very annoying to wear as the hair in the front keep falling directly in my face and it's so thick in the front that it gives away that "wiggy" look. I've asked her to fix it yet no response. This is perhaps my most difficult and frustrating experience as this wig cost me nearly 5,000 which was my entire savings and she cannot even answer my questions and has no interest in getting back to me. I don't know what to do at this point. It's also much much shorter than we had discussed which is another issue i am having. I basically cannot even wear it. I have tried her canada and Israel phone number but no answer. How can someone be this rude to their customers. I am very sad and disappointed, i mean going through hair loss is a very difficult thing to deal with in itself let alone having someone take your savings, promising you to be there if you have any issues and then doing the complete opposite. Anyone else have a similar experience with featherlite? I've read some reviews on other sites that had a similar story to mine.

I've also had problems with communicating with her. I previously had a freedom wig and due to regrowth/costs/time taken on them I decided to try something else. I found her to be quite pushy initially but the product was good, so decided to order another. 
I initially kept getting excuses on why it was being delayed, and now about a year later she has stopped responding to me!!
Don't want to be pushy, as she is overseas and I am not sure what to do really. 

What country is she in . Maybe look up consumer laws for her area and see what you come up with . I don't mind doing a search for you :-)

I 100% agree with Aimee below, get your lawyer to write up a letter . Stay strong and positive and fight it to the end. I think these companies think they can push us around because they think we are fragile and will put up with it .But I say no more .
I might even take on my own advise and finally do something about the company that tired to walk all over me .

Yep, also have problems with Featherlite. I bought a wig off Ebay last year from an ebay seller who wanted to get rid of her Featherlite and I really loved it. So I saved the whole year to have enough money to buy a short one during the short sale. I paid the same day through Paypal and it went through instantly. But until now she still hasn't shipped it. It's been two weeks now and it was a wig that was in stock. I paid over $1800.00 All my savings. She keeps giving me excuses why she hasn't shipped it. Every time the post office is closed. Yeah.. riiight. If I don't have received it within the next two weeks, I am going to file a claim through Paypal. And if that doesn't I am going to contact my CC company. My daughter is getting married in two weeks and I told her I need it before the 19th of February. I am so angry. I expect servixe for that kind of money.
Please please please make sure you make a dispute with PayPal with the right time . I'm not sure what the time frame is but I do know they don't except disputes or grant refunds after a certain amount of time. I would hate for you to wait for this woman to come through to find she dosnt and PayPal not give you your refund because to much time has past. It has happens to my sister with online purchases:-(

I need to file a claim within 45 days after purchase. I will after 21 days. If it hasn't shipped by next week, I'll file a claim. If Paypal decides in her favor, I will contact my CC company and file a claim there. They will always side with me, because I never received the wig and she can't provide shipping info. I don't know the time span of claiming through my CC company which is Mastercard.

It's been two weeks since I've purchased that in stock wig.
She is in Israel. I am in the Netherlands.

She used to be a very reputable vendor. I don't know why she changed. Maybe she can't handle dping all the things on her own now her company is growing. She has a large international base now.

I wish I had never fallen for it and had gone to another vendor. I also have a flora wig which is old now and has a few bald spots on top. I bought that online bit it was sent almost at the minute I bought it. I received it in ten daya. And it was shipped from the States.
It is a large amount. I hope that Paypal refund such large sums if vendor don't ship. I have never realised that. But that could be possible. And I am sure mrs. Hoffman knows that. She might even wait until the 45 days are gone by on purpose. Who knows.
A lot of scammers do just that and prey on people that don't realise they have a time frame to make a dispute ! It's just disgusting
Yes she did! I wrote her last Monday that if she hadn't shipped it by Wednesday I would open a case or do a chargeback with my CC company and that I would take legal actions against her. And guess what? One and a half hour ago I got an EMS tracking number. She actually shipped it today. Or at least it's been sent to some postoffice in Jerusalem. She also sent three pictures of the wig so that I knew how to style it out of the box. The wig looks great. Nice cut and very healthy hair. But I will never ever order from there again. Too much stress for an in stock wig. My husband thought that maybe it hadn't been in stock at all or that it had to be shipped to her first from wherever.. or maybe she had to find time to do a cut. I'll let you ladies know when it is here with piccies.
How do you put up pictures on here? I will add some if I can figure it out.
