I am going on a year and have not had very good results. Some body hair, eyelashes and need to shave more but not much else. 10 mgs a day. How are others doing? I am thinking of giving up on Xeljanz, anyone else in the same boat?

Hi mtran2000, the fact that you have grown some hair is very promising .
10mg a day may not be enough for you, I had the most regrowth with 15mg a day.
I would also implement minoxidil into your daily regime as it can have the effect of "waking up" hair follicles.
The problem is I don't know how to get more Xeljanz to go up to 3 a day. My doctor said I would have to re apply with Xelsource. Has anyone got an increase in dosage through Xelsource without re applying?
WOW 20 mg a day sounds like a lot to take. Wonder is 15 MG would do the trick.
I had zero hair when I started Xeljanz... I was AU. No brows, lashes, head or body hair.
I was able to get back around 80% of the hair on my head and my bottom lashes. It took about a year and a half and I was getting steroid shots in my head along with the xeljanz.
I went off xeljanz December 1st 2016 and within a couple weeks all my hair fell out. I just started it again yesterday.
I stopped because I found out I was pregnant with my second child... I had a miscarriage at 9 weeks. I decided to take a little break from xeljanz because at that point all the hair I grew fell out. I did not get any brows and I only got my bottom lashes in that year and half of taking xeljanz. I was also getting steroid injections in my head while taking xeljanz as well. It's so crazy because I was only AU for 7 months before I started the medication.
I just started my 20mg xeljanz two days ago... so I will keep an update on my progress.
