Anyone out there that has been diagnosed with AGA, but losing eyebrows and eyelashes too??????

Was diagnosed in Feb with AGA. Started losing body hair in Feb and has been going on for 8 months. Went to the derm last week and he said TE of the eyebrows and doesn't know why I am losing my eyelashes. I feel like I may have been missed diagnosed and have AREATA. Lots that I have asked who have AGA, don't lose other hair. Does anyone have the same problems????? Have been to 5 different dermatologists. He said I don't have the patterns of AREATA. I have all over the head diffuse hair loss and losing eyebrows and eyelashes.
