Are you unique in other ways besides having alopecia?

Do you feel different (not in a bad way) in other ways besides just having Alopecia?  Someone told me a while ago, that most people who have Alopecia are also very unique in other ways too.
This has been true for me.  I have five brothers (no sissys) and none of them have Alopecia.
Out of everyone in my family, I think my skin is the most fair and burns the easiest.  I am very tall and I was pretty much the tallest female in my high school growing up.  It's hard for me to find clothing & shoes too, because I have big feet to go along with my tall stature.  I also have an excellent sense of smell (and hearing).  I knew what VOC's were years before the public started becoming aware of the words.  I guess I have a chemical sensitivity to most chemicals that are in carpet, cabinetry, bleach products etc., more than the average person.
