balayam Yoga???

Hi All, anyone got opinions/ experiences on this treatment, I would love to know. I stand on my head and have often thought that the blood flow could help? That and it's fun!

  Balayam or Nail rubbing is based on reflexology. Today at 50+ age, i have recovered most of my hairs. My recovery is amazing because my temples which were bereft of any hairs  from my age of 20 yrs are filling. In next 1-2 years my hairline will be straight line from the front, i.e. no temple areas. This is amazing. I am happy to help anybody who wants to know more about Balaya or nail rubbing.
