Best treatments?

Hey, I lost all my hair when I was 13, it's never grew in and now I'm 18. I am finally get fed up with allopecia and would like to know if anyone that has lost all their hair ( body and head) has any treatments that actually work? Thanks, Sarah :)

You could go on the NAAF site to see what your options are. The treatments do not work for everyone. The diet idea may be something to look at.
